Angel Home’s expansion project is creating new educational opportunities for young men striving to break the cycle of poverty. At the home, academic and enrichment programs have led many graduates to college and employment. As the programs have grown, the need for additional learning space has become essential.
The single-story home was originally designed with structural reinforcements to allow for a future second story — a vision that is now being realized. The new second floor will house a computer lab, a music and arts room, an expanded library and study area, and much-needed storage space. As soon as the boys finished their exams this past spring, construction began in earnest. As you can see, the work is progressing quickly.
The boys at Angel Home work very hard to succeed academically and use their God-given talents for good. We can’t wait to see what they will accomplish in their new space. So, stay tuned!
