A Post COVID-19 Conference in India

A post COVID-19 conference for staff was held April 21-23 at the new Shalom Home for Girls in Batlagundu, India. The staff from all ministry sites were invited. Topics and speakers included education topics to help children regain their footing in school, mental health topics to help the children cope with their long return to the circumstances they came from, and general health among other topics. Experts in these fields were speakers for these topics. Staff could also share best practices which have been helpful in their own ministry site. Conference participants expressed how helpful this was to everyday interaction with the children.
